We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work within our HVAC Business Unit, this expansion role has been created to support a fast-growing business unit across Europe. This individual will support all Pan European marketing activities.
What you will do:
This role will be to support, drive and deliver marketing activities from start to finish across various European markets, by working closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The candidate will report directly to the European Marketing Manager to help drive and elevate the brand. You main missions will be as follows:
Support all marketing planning and strategic activities to ensure a cohesive and consistent message and brand image is achieved, including events.
Research market activities, creation of presentations and ideas/executions is an essential in the planning of key marketing activities across Europe.
Support to maintain a high visual standard, mindfulness and ensure a professional brand image/creative is maintained across all marketing assets.
Proof reading and translation of all marketing assets to maintain prominent levels of accuracy.
Liaising withexternal suppliers such as print and event companies to organise and manage key activities.
Regular web updates and execution of local social media/digital campaigns
Confident in supporting and proposing creative ideas which continuously push and strengthen the brand.
Reporting and tracking of campaigns and activities for key stakeholders in the business.
The role may require travel from time to time
What you need to succeed:
Experience:
At least 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, project management or related role.
Experience in the HVAC or Heating industry ideal but not a must
Experience in B2B and B2C markets
The ability to fully commit to projects and events, especially during busy periods where extended travel and hours will be required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Powerful sense of customer focus and accountability with the ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline focused environment
An aptitude for learning and creativity
The ability to work independently and cooperatively
A dynamic, thorough, and enquiring approach will be required to be involved in and balance the needs of a wide range of projects and executions, with different timelines.
An absolute collaborator who will fit in as part of a wider, creative team, the ability to collaborate effectively is also a must
Languages:
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Must have working knowledge of one or two of the following languages, French, Spanish or German
If the candidate can converse in and additional European languages. This would be beneficial
Software:
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite highly beneficial
Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent, Advertising, or related field – preferred but not essentiaL.
Salary: competitive, depending on candidates’ experience
Role based in Barcelona – office based (flexible working available)
Some European travel required therefore an EU Green Pass is required
